Program and Activity Sponsorships

Web site Sponsor for 2009/2010: $5,000 for sole sponsorship or $2500 each for two co-sponsors. In addition to being a destination in its own right, the CRN web site acts as a portal for volunteers and their organizations. Our Calendar of Events is a comprehensive listing of national, state, and local level activities. Alongside the resource material that we have developed, you’ll find links to over 100 organization and agency sites with quality information pertaining to recruitment & retention of volunteers, fund raising & grants, public relations & marketing, public education, mentoring, and professional development. It is also where the public can learn about the emergency services, learn how to be prepared for an emergency, or start their volunteer application. Our Web site sponsor(s) will:
  • Receive a premier Logo location on our ‘Organization Resources’ page including a link back to their own site.
  • Have their web address in ‘ sponsored by ‘’ format (when possible) on our literature.
To support our volunteer recruitment and retention efforts, we will be hosting Recruitment & Retention Seminars and Mentoring Seminars for emergency services management. Each day-long seminar enables us to share our ideas and programs and facilitates networking among the participants. Seminars draw organization management participants from a 2-5 county area.

There are several ways for you to support our seminar programs:

  • Recruitment & Retention or Mentoring Seminar:
    • Cost to ‘Adopt’ 5 participants: $200 covers their materials, lunch and breaks
    • Sponsor a full seminar: $1000 covers our cost to present the seminar including advertising, registration, and presenter expenses
  • Both Sponsors and Participant Adopters receive a listing in program advertising (if commitment received prior to advertising date) and on our web site.
  • Seminar Sponsors are also entitled to have their banner (sponsor provided) hang in the registration area and their contact information on all participant materials. We’ll also recognize your support in our e-newsletter.
Adopt-a-Conference Exhibit Booth.
In order to share ideas and offer support to as many volunteer organizations as possible, we’d like to exhibit at several conferences in 2009 and 2010. Booth Sponsorship covers our exhibit booth, room, board, and travel for our conference staff. Planned Conferences:
  • NYS Volunteer Ambulance and Rescue Association, Albany, NY, September 2009: $750
  • NYS Vital Signs, Buffalo, NY, October 2009: $2100
  • CT EMS Conference, Cromwell, CT, May 2010: $500
  • New England Fire Chiefs, Springfield, MA, June 2010: $1200
Booth Adopters will be recognized with a sign on our Booth: ‘Booth Sponsored by’, and we’ll also actively direct participants to your booth at the show, if you are also attending. Booth Adopters will also receive special recognition on our Website Calendar of Events, when we announce the shows we are attending, and in our e-newsletters.

Adopt-our-Ambulance for 2009/2010:
We have received the generous offer of the loan of an antique 1971 Superior High Top Cadillac Ambulance to use in fire service sponsored parades, EMS or Fire Service booths at community days, local trade shows, and other events where showing some history of EMS is useful to the host or Critical Response Network. It sure does attract attention! Unfortunately, the mileage for this antique is no better now than it was in 1971! This adoption covers fuel costs, tolls and banners for us to utilize this offer.

  • For $2000 the Ambulance Sponsor will receive:
    • Recognition on our web-site
    • Exposure in our e-newsletter
    • Sponsor Logo on recruitment banners that will hang on both sides of the ambulance.
Our Executive Director, Bob Davis attends numerous meetings and seminars around our coverage area, as well as several industry trade shows and other events each year. Bob is in contact with thousands of volunteers, municipal leaders and organizations, traveling an estimated 25,000 miles yearly. This sponsorship underwrites the cost of vehicle operation. We have projected vehicle operations cost at $16,000 and sponsorships are available in full $16,000, half $8,000 or quarter $4,000 shares.
  • Vehicle adoptors receive:
    • Sponsor Logo with sponsor web site on magnetic signs on Director’s vehicle
      • Magnetic signs being used to allow removal for travel on NYS parkways!
    • Recognition on our web site including photos with sponsored vehicle at various events with local volunteers.
  • Full vehicle adopter will also receive:
    • Quarterly call with Bob, if desired, on trends and update on the emergency services in the geographic areas covered by CRN.
Adopt-a-Regional Coordinator:
Regional Coordinators are our ‘feet on the ground’ in local counties. ‘Adopting’ a Regional Coordinator enables us to hire, equip and support (including vehicle operations) a regional coordinator for two years. Each Regional Coordinator handles 2-4 counties depending on size and number of emergency services organizations.
  • Available in 1/8 sponsorships; minimum 2 year commitment required.
    • 1/8 adoption is $9200 per year; $2300 per quarter
  • Regional Coordinator Sponsors receive:
    • Recognition on our web site
    • Recognition on materials distributed by the Coordinator in the region covered
    • Semiannual updates on the effectiveness of our programs in the region
    • Logo with web link on magnetic signs on Coordinator’s vehicle.
      • Magnetic signs being used to allow removal for travel on NYS parkways!
Note: All Program and Activity Sponsorships will count toward the appropriate Partner level as indicated on our Partnership page. Example: If you donate $5,000 as our Web site Sponsor, you will be recognized as a Gold Partner and also receive the benefits of the Gold Level of Partnership!
